Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all new equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.

This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components, except for consumable parts such as blades, belts, filters, tires, and similar items subject to regular wear. The warranty is valid only if the equipment has been operated and maintained according to the guidelines outlined in the owner’s manual.

Obtaining Warranty Service

If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered during the warranty period, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and promptly notify customer service. In some cases, digital photos or videos of the issue may be requested for faster support.

  • For defects due to materials or workmanship, replacement parts will be provided at no cost. The purchaser, however, is responsible for freight charges.

  • For failures caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance, replacement parts may be offered at cost. Technical support via phone or video is available to assist with repairs.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or operation

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lack of proper maintenance

  • Accidents, unauthorized repairs, or alterations

No implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are included. The provider is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, such as property damage, loss of profits, or additional expenses arising from defective equipment.

Post-Warranty Support

Free lifetime email-based technical support is available to the original purchaser beyond the warranty period. Replacement parts after warranty expiration are the responsibility of the purchaser, though repair quotes and assistance can be provided upon request.
